<p>judging from last year’s thread people started finding out around the ~27th. i’m getting pretty nervous but i’m not trying to get my hopes up because i know my chances are very very slim.</p>

<p>I Feel the same way. I’m an out of state applicant so there is a very slim chance for me. I got into UCSC but I’m SIRing to UNC Chapel Hill. I’m from NC by the way.</p>

If I recall correctly, appeal decisions were released on the 27th last year, which was the last Friday before May 1st. Good luck everyone!</p>
<p>It could be. But also remember transfer decisions are out today as well.</p>
<p>Last year freshman appeal decisions apparently started coming out on the 27th, at the same time as the transfer decisions. A lot came back still in review though.</p>
