<p>i found out i got deferred EA at 8pm and im from jersey also?..maybe they sperate jersey into north and south? who knows...but im hoping i oly have to wait till 8</p>

<p>yeah i wasn't either:/ totally sucks.
they said some bs like "we recieve over 34,000 applicants for 2,800 available spaces in the fall...we are pleased to accept more than 400 new students for the spring."</p>
<p>I know a few people who came in spring... most of them just traveled or worked during the fall, and actually ended up glad they did it. It's definitely not ideal, but if you really want to go here it's worth considering!</p>
<p>S got admission email today. $10K Dean's schol. ($5K/sem up to $40K total) plus $8.5K in assorted loans. Won't be enough fin aid. </p>

Seems like they are "encouraging" their first semester/freshmen abroad program....we will have to see what else happens....S is thrilled with the idea...we are keeping a very open-mind about this...anyone else get the Spring thing?
