I got in to the Spring 2010 too! That confused me at first (thought I mislabeled my application), but now I'm really happy because I love the idea of studying abroad for the first semester! I can't believe the decisions came out so quickly...

In with a 3.03 GPA, 1330/2030, Boat load of leadership positions, really good rec's, upward trend.

congrats to everyone else who got in!

Just checked and I'm in! I've been admitted for Fall 2009 in COE for civil/environmental engineering.

accepted for the spring semester! froggypaws, what does this mean? does it mean we're put on sort of a wait-list for the fall semester? like, if x number of people accepted to the fall semester decide not to go, x number of people accepted for the spring semester will get bumped up?

Either way, I'm super excited. I got accepted into the music industry program...really tough, only 8% acceptance this year. Northeastern is my dream school, so as long as I'm going, I'm a happy camper. =D

I just got a letter saying I'm accepted to 6yr pharm program.
I'm getting 15grand per year

Major: Pharmacy

AP: Calc AB , World History, Japanese, Chem, Stat

now i have to choose between st.johns and northeastern pharmm....

triceratops, I don't think it's like that. Once we're accepted Spring, we can only go Spring. I'm not sure what to do. I'm thinking of going to a junior college for Fall and then going to NEU for Spring. I applied undeclared... but I would like to major in Business. Is it too late to try to request for business?

froggypaws - dangit! that really kind of sucks. i do think its too late to try and change your major, but i would talk to your guidance counselor and see what they have to say.

honestly, i don't think starting a semester late is all that bad. personally, i think i'm going to move to Boston in the fall and find an internship and/or a job. My best friend got an internship at Capitol Records last fall in NYC. So, as a music industry major, I'm going to try and do something like that so it'll increase my chances of getting the co-op internship that I want. Plus, if I get a job in Boston, I'll still be able to get acquainted to the city, and I'll be able to save up money for living expenses.

But, yeah, I'm still kind of bummed.

I got in!!!!

3.6 GPA
1430/2130 SAT
Political Science

was choosing between GWU, BC, Clemson and UVA. NU is my first choice due to co-op

triceratops, ahhh. So I have to declare a major within the College of Arts and Sciences? Hm... I'm probably not going to NEU anyways. It's just way too expensive. =/

Did you guys get your fin aid decision along with your admissions decisions??

Yes I did. They linked pdf files.

Accepted with Dean's scholarship 12k and university grant 5.5k! yay!

Major: Finance
Fee Waiver Used: yea
SAT I: did not send
SAT II: did not send
GPA: 3.76UW - 3.98W
Rank: 16/487
ACT: 29 (30 superscored? if they used it)
E.C.: Nothing special, volunteered here and there and sports. I made my own club though.
Hooks: Underprivileged school/city? (87% of school on free lunch)

Congrats to everyone who made it in!!!!

accepted! wooooooooot wooooooot.

but dang it, my financial aid wasn't completed and i gotta send out some documents! i'll do it first thing tomorrow!

but i'm excited nontheless!
