^I should have known that from AP bio…

Hey guys just a question for the frqs. The first and second frqs didn’t necessarily ask for examples. Are we required to apply each term to like a real life situation?

@FullMetalx
I hope not because I certainly didn’t think of an example for each!
I think that you can to help explain yourself, but there was no specific requirement of an example like there sometimes is for frqs.

@ actstudent

it was original and valuable, 100% sure. I nearly scored perfect on all previous practice exams.

For the 2nd FRQ, what on earth made sense for the motor cortex/body position answer?

Crap. Saw intra as inter… Damn these asian eyes.

thanks! @idonteven

@idonteven i think you’re either suffering from the overconfidence effect or narcissistic personality disorder…hehe jk….

but wait according to freud there’s no such thing as just kidding because of freudian slips……hm……i love psych and how it applies to EVERYTHING

@idonteven
I’m glad you did so well, but there are always controversial questions like this.
I’m almost leaning toward original and valuable, but you have to admit that there is some strong evidence for the other side as well. I’m not sure how you can be 100%?

Anyway, I say we write to CB for this one.

Yes!!!

@apuser11

Haha, yep, that’s how I studied!
I would be having a normal conversation or going through normal life and then suddenly spurt out psych terms when stuff happens XD

Yes you are right

@meatkabob ahah it works so wellll. or using maintenance rehearsal and i would make ridiculous connections/mnemonic devices. for some reason my friend used mnemonic devices and all contained poop in them…anal fixation? i think so

@apuser11
haha i see what you did there, nice use of terms on the AP exam. But i’d bet my life on that question that i’m right.

Guys, it’s a causal relationship, not casual.

@pastorek – I said something like neurons at the top right of the motor cortex control the bottom left side of the body

@idonteven i know how you feel i answered that too and am so confident about it. Guess we’ll see in July! I’m surprised at how well i did on MC but i bombed open ended. oh well!

@apuser11
Must be anal expulsive! Haha.

Oh, speaking of Narcissistic, I think I vaguely remember that on the test? And anti-social?

for the motor cortex on the free response i thought you had the option to either describe the process or where it was located. i put the motor cortex sends efferent neurons through the central nervous system to the desired part of the body producing muscle movement. is that correct?

Im just saying for the creativity one, that since it was a QUESTION/STUDY or something similar testing for creativity, any answer, including creative ones, would have to be normative to actually answer the question. you know. but its not like it actually matters ever at all

@meatkabob yupp! i clearly remember both :)
