@monica but you see the thing is if u read the description the amount of N contents was the same for both LOLLL even if u look at the graph they were testing the N contents effects but they didnt change the number right??

@anksterg try going to vocab questions and main idea questions if you understand the reading too well. also, i have a certain order i do my readings in. look at your practices and see which passages you get the highest on. the order will never change on the act so i always do 4,2,3,1 but if i don’t feel comfortable with a passage i switch to another one

also monika were u able to finish all 4 passages?? wow

@ThemasterOG wait really??? i thought the n content numbers changed whoops

On the reading section, I thought the GMO passage was rather difficult.
- What did you guys think the word stock meant in the passage? ( I put commonly used term). Any others you can think of?

@ThemasterOG yep but i was rushed! you literally need to rush and underline main ideas then go straight to the questions

I put commonly used.

@UnathleticAsian i think that’s what i said too, what were other choices?

What about the one where it asked why they call it Frankenfoods?

@ddganapathy i put the choice that said it was to mock or whatever negative connotation because in the passage it says, “stock term of derision”

yea i put commonly used term and they call it Frankenfoods to mock it as being negative

I only finished 3 passages and i did everything carefully i tried to…So if u did all 4 passages accurately shoutout to you

would anyone else agree that the orange passage was preety difficult to comprehend

What did you guys put for the math question with sin= 5/13. I knew cos would be 12/13, but could it be -12/13 too?

@IronyQueen if it was on a coordinate plane it could be but its not idk that’s how I saw that because that part messed me up too I might be wrong though

Does anyone remember the last 5 answers of the science portion?

@IronyQueen i said both + and - bc sin positive in 1st and 2nd quadrant, then you draw out the 2 triangles

@makinsomegains ^ correct. +or- 12/13.
I expected the math section for the ACT to be harder… This is way too easy. I would say the PSAT/SAT is way harder. ACT math: little geometry,1-3 questions of trig, and algebra 1. SAT math: a lot of geometry and algebra. (some trig?)

What form codes u all get? I got 65a and took it in the big K

Okay, luckily I put both + or - 12/13. And @makinsomegains I had the exact same reaction. Science was doable this time for me, and math wasn’t too bad either. Just the reading part got me
