It was defentiely the step function for that math question, so yes, that’s correct

Based on what I’ve been hearing, here is my curve prediction (tell me if you think it’s too harsh/lenient)

English: 36, 35, 34, 34, 33, 33, 32, 32, 30…
Math: 36, 35, 35, 34, 33, 32, 31, 31, 30…
Reading: 36, 35, 34, 34, 33, 32, 31, 30, 30…
Science: 36, 35, 33, 33, 32, 31, 30…

It was invaluable for the english question and the graph is correct, I’m positive. :)

Guys - I’m freaking out. I can’t find anything I missed yet. Does anyone want to discuss the science or remember any specific ones? That’s the only test that I haven’t gone over.

@peytonmg Do you remember the actual question for English…I don’t remember what I put

what about the math function that gave many points and the answer choices were functions such as
ax^2 +bx +c. and there was a log function as an answer choice.

@acttest it was ax^2+bx…

Does anyone remember the last five questions on the first reading passage about oranges? I skipped those

@jamesjunkers The english is too lenient, the science too harsh.

@acttest @Mlolo98 defenitely ax^2+bx, just plot the points, it was a parabola

Yep I know. I even did a quadratic regression to make sure, so that’s definitely right.

ok i put that. thanks

Haha I wish I could go back in time and fix some stupid mistakes. oh well! There’s always june.

I don’t think science is too harsh, it always sucks
But English may be too lenient, so how about this…

English: 36, 35, 34, 34, 33, 32, 31, 30…
Math: 36, 35, 35, 34, 33, 32, 31, 31, 30…
Reading: 36, 35, 34, 34, 33, 32, 31, 30, 30…
Science: 36, 35, 33, 33, 32, 31, 30…

Really just want a 32+…I just want to be done with standardized tests

@jamesjunkers I’m really sorry, I don’t remember the sentence or even the passage. I know it was a “what alternative is not acceptable”

I’m done with ACT after this no matter what, so I’m fine with whatever I get. I was just trying to bump up a score anyways. I’m only a sophomore though so I have to focus on PSAT/SAT now unfortunately. :(

@petyonmg No worries, it’s fine

I think english will go down one with each incorrect answer. so still, too lenient. I think Science will look like this

36 35 34 33 32 31 30… and so on. I don’t think it’s going to be as harsh as you guess. I think I probably got 5 wrong on the science. So 32 on either scale haha. I think I got 2 wrong on math, so a 34 (I think). None wrong on the english so a 36. 1 MAYBE 2 or 3 wrong on reading, so I’ll call it a 34. Optimistically, I think overall I got a 34. Worst I think I got overall is a 31. In all likelihood, low 33.

Hey guys, the question about acceleration for the electrical spheres of trials 1 and 7 asked for which one had the lesser acceleration, right?
