<p>did anyone else here get accepted/deferred for agriculture and environmental plant science? I haven’t heard of anyone but me. I got deferred and my stats are:
GPA: 3.50
SAT: 1150/1600
20hrs extracurriculars
3 leadership positions
4 honors, 6 IB classes
in state
white female
I’m really sad that I didn’t get in, but I can’t say that I didn’t expect to be deferred based on my low stats. Also, does anyone know what my chances are for regular decision? I’m really scared and cal poly is my dream school, I don’t want to get rejected. </p>

<p>@Sunflowergirlryd‌ looking at the 2014 admit list it shows that only a small group of freshmen are in that major. 45 a year . They get about 160 applicants a year but that doesn’t mean its their first choice. And the number suggests that maybe not all admitted say yes to cal poly. I would call admissions to see if your major is even considered for ED. I’m sure you will be admitted RD. Good luck!</p>
