SO3 something, i don't remember the nuber of S, but i think the number of O is 3

yeah.......right, but i put the wrong answer.

well, i got <=3 TTCEs about 3

Ka questions, i believe, is 10^-5, right?

i don't remmber the question though..

btw, what was the last question?

ldu1207, what are the other questions whose answers from me you want to know ?

pH of the product of HCl + NaOH is 7
CO3 2- : needs resonances
NaCl into a saturated NaCl solution : nothing happens
H2O - higher boiling point because attractive force between molecules is stronger
CO2 makes weakly acidic solution
Temp increases --> more molecules have energy higher than activation energy
Radioactivity: neutron produced

resonances?

i put the not shows the "2-" thing.

For the one about adding the extra salt into the solution...I put that the concentration of the salt in solution doesnt change...because the question said that the solution was already saturated w/ salt...therefore adding more salt would not change concentration...Im pretty sure that the answer of electrical conductivity increases is wrong because since the solution is saturated extra salt added in doesnt go into solution right? So going along that line of thinking, since no more salt dissolves there is no change in the number of Na+ and Cl- ions floating around...and therefore no change in conductivity...

at least...thats what I was thinking during the test...hmm...

edit: yeah I also put the no 2- thing...but my answer was kinda rushed...

nope, its not 2- for the lewis structure. both the oxygen atoms have only a single bond and hence are negatively charged...

it is 2 more resonance structures that are required to complete the structure.

1 C and 3 O's have 4 + 3x6 = 22 electrons
In the drawn structure, there are 8 + 8 + 8 = 24 electrons
So there must have been 2 extra electrons added.
That accounts for the -2.

2 resonance structure diagram is right

22 is the number of electrons when the complex isn't an ion. however, it carries a -2 charge and therefore there're 24 electrons in total

yeah..i know..

i was so stupid , and i thought it should have 26 e...

stupid....anyways, I don't even know what resonance means in hrere....fine.

oops...oh well....i kinda bs'ed the CO3 2- thing...

does anyone remember about the Le chatelier(?) princple questions?
i have no IDEA

Wasn't it something about what would increase the CO?? in the equation or something...all I can remember is I put increase the temperature for that question...

yeah, i too put increse the T, if i don't remember wrong.but not sure what i put

So now how do you think of your scores ?

ehh 730....

740....prob could have done better but...meh dont really care
