<p>Do not fret about not getting an interview: I got a likely and never interviewed, applying to the College and not the Fu Foundation</p>
<p>I got interviewed; it was an average interview and was pretty short - 25 mins (The time the interviewer had assigned to each applicant). </p>
<p>I’m going to be a nervous wreck by the time the 28th arrives. Ugh. And my brother’s getting married on the 28th as well. So I hope to god I get in.</p>

<p>Well I figured out why I got a likely. I also got Egleston scholar which is pretty cool, but now I’m really questioning their sanity as I have very few engineering ECs and average ECs in general 
Man the only time my stats are ever top 1% of any student body is in community college. The Egleston schedule looks like a lot of fun though, hopefully I can get accepted somewhere else in the east and visit there as well.</p>

<p>What are the scholar things? I got a likely letter, should I have gotten something about scholars?</p>
<p>Only certain likely letter candidates in the Fu school are selected at Egleston scholars.</p>

<p>Also is it bad I got my likely letter 2 days ago…it seems that the majority came out 2/15? Do they give them out after reading all the apps or simply whenever they finish reading an app?</p>

<p>It just feels like my chances are gone simply because Columbia historically only accepts 2 or 3 kids from my school.</p>
