Reflection[ul]
[] Strengths: Test scores, essays, interview,
[] Weaknesses: Junior year really brought down my GPA and skewed my grade trend, though my first semester senior year grades were back to the trend I had going Freshman and Sophomore years. My extracurriculars are also kind of weak and lack direction.
[] Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: I’m a URM that falls within the acceptable range of admitted applicants and wrote essays that really fleshed out my personality, which was further reinforced in my interview.
[li] Where else were you accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Accepted to Rutgers, TCNJ, Boston College, Wesleyan, and U Chicago, Deferred ED from Columbia, Rejected from Northwestern. [/li][/ul]
General Comments:
I was ridiculously happy when I received my notification of early admission. I had been in a slump after months of only hearing from Rutgers (state school) after my deferral from Columbia and this really picked up my mood. Waiting on 3 more schools now (Brown, UPenn, Columbia) and I’m not feeling too good about them. If any underclassmen are reading this, take my advice and play a sport. It doesn’t matter what sport, just start playing and get good at it.

If both of you guys were accepted to CAS… I’ll be very surprised if I don’t get accepted. I have very similar stats, and wrote a killer essay.
