OFFICIAL CR June 1st (Indian woman, Jane Austin, Rovers, etc)

@gotta: yes that was the last in the section.

still waiting on vocabulary questions in the physics experimental section, which ones were in that section?

I still don’t understand how you guys got knowledgeable of a fan?!? Explain to me… Did it even mention anything about a fan?

i personally put knowledgeable fan because after it said the narrator dropped it in high school, it said something along the lines of he/she was able to appreciate something as a listener that he/she never realized as a player

I read down more and it clearly said ‘enjoyed spectating preformances’ i mean that is what a fan does…? And obviously the author demonstrated alot of knowledge

But didn’t he say that in the beginning he was once a violinist, so now he’s showing great attention to detail analyzing the performer…

The definition of a meticulous is
“Showing great attention to detail; very careful and precise”

He never said that but the only reason i put fan was because i wasnt sure until i found the spectating line and im not sure whats another way to interpret it besdies a fan

There was nothing specific that said she analyzed the performances. That would need to be inferred. It said specifically that she appreciated the art and enjoyed watching the performances and that she was a former player. She is a fan of the art and is knowledgeable about it.

I guess I got that question wrong…

Indian women passage,
Did you guys put, she was disappointed with her grandchildren…

her expectations of her grandchildren hadn’t been realized, something like that.

also she viewed moving to america as an unsatisfying experience.

it wudnt say that she analyzed it. she wrote it. she wudnt be like oh hey im analyzing this. you have to infer that. ik its not the answer bc its too extreme but im just proving y i said that lol.

any curve predictions?

It was a fan. The author did not analyze, but merely stated her opinions throughout.

For one of the completion questions was is lopsided or tempered?
And for the Indian passage was it American culture???

For the cloth art passage, there was a question asking what “rocking” most nearly meant. Was it swaying or astonishing?

oh yeah i put swaying bc it was the least extreme lol

I’m not sure that it was swaying, I forget what I put but I think I put astonishing because it seemed like the critics were shocked by the quality of the cloth art. I could be wrong though

yeah but if u plugged it in astonishing didnt make any sense

Wow, I think I was about to put swaying but instead I put down astonishing. :/
