julians u must be a nervous wreck

aren't we all? That's the fun of it. (sarcasm...)

I wish I were... but I don't even care if I get into Darmouth anymore.

how did you manage that bit of sanity?

I didn't apply.

aha. well good luck with everywhere you did apply.

Got snail mail letter
Deferred >_<

Nervous wreck about describes it, davidrune.

Sorry about the deferral, kierke.

I GOT IN. Don't be scared by a big thin envelope because it scared the hell out of me.

Yeah Dartmouth sends BIG thin acceptances...

I got in!!!!! It's a thin envelope but big. Oh my god, my I can't believe it! Good luck everyone! And if you live in Massachusetts- check your mail before online!

OH Raspberry Smoothie,

Congrats to you. I am sooo proud of you. Now wrangle a room so that you can go to dimensions!!

Tyler_Young,

Congrats, you are going to love it

Post your stats...

I'm so happy for you guys!!!! Definitely don't forget to blitz me if you are coming to visit in January. I really want to meet you guys and show you all the stuff I love about Dartmouth!!! :) :)

Oh yeah, that's key. ED people, if you need a room for Dimensions mine is a 2 rm double with a futon, so I can take 1 or 2 people, and I'm sure the 08s on the board will as well.

Rejected, flat out.

Congratulations to those who got in.

To those deferred: Hang in there, and don't give it up yet.

To my fellow rejectees: Try to remember that the world hasn't just ended (though I definitely know it feels like it has). I'm sure we'll all end up someplace where we'll be happy- even if it's not Dartmouth.

I don't know if I'm coming back to the Dartmouth board for a while...no point to it really. I just want to say that I appreciate all your support and encouragement more than you know. Again, good luck and congratulations.

-Elizabeth

Elizabeth,

I had been thinking about you all day and was wondering why you had not checked in. When I came back to this thread and saw you name , I said to myself 'Elizabeth, where have you been all day".

My heart just sank when I read your decision, I am so sorry. I do beleive that it is Dartmouth's loss. I know that you have some wonderful acceptances coming. I understand your not wanting to come back, but please let us know where you end up.

You will end up where you need to be. There is still great news coming
