Official December SAT I Forum

that answer had to be whimsical, it couldn't be any other of the answer choices.

yes, dispassionate. no, to effusive.

So I actually remember putting 14 for a bubble question. But was the at question with "2x+3=10 solve for 4x" bubble or grid in?

THink about the intersection one the 7 was the intersection of YZ and the 3 was the intersecton of XYZ. The 3 was saying the numbers that were in X and Y and Z but the problem just asked what was the intersection of YZ.

yeah but the 3 was still in the intersection of YZ.

the 3 was still part of Y and Z

3 was intersection of XYZ: that is the amount of the 7 that intersected X. So the 3 is neglected

no it isnt, lol

7 intersected YZ and 3 intersected XYZ

exactly the question just asked the intersection of YZ. Lets say for example you have 3 sets x = {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8} and y = {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9} and Z = {1,2,3,9,10} ok then the intersection of X and Y is 7 intersection of XYZ = 3 but when it asks the intersection of XY then the answer is 7 not adding 7+3

I Win Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was Venn Diagram on the experimental?

no, the venn diagram was not experimental.

NO it was not

no it wasnt

the freedom of speech one was NOT experimental! I only had 3 critical reading sections and 4 math sections, so one of my math sections must have been experimental, not a critical reading section! So what was the answer?

The answer is 10 for the venn diagram, I asked a statistics teacher down the street. She said although 7 is the only number intersecting both y and z, 3 is also intersecting y and z plus x, which still counts as a number intersecting y and z. So the answer is 10. (She teaches AP Statistics by the way).

am i right though everyone???
im 99% sure

i need some feedback:
Puerto rican girls passage - i put 'girls approached each other w/ caution
SC freedom of speech - i put divisive...prohibiting
ill-conceived failure - i put that
whimsical? - what is this problem?
Alaska - i put undeveloped

rajnitarajnita-
sorry, but your wrong. It's 10.

read my post though ur teachers a dumbass cuz u can't do that ive already taken SATS AP GOT 5 and IM 99% sure cuz if you look at my example i could create a venn diagram with my post and it would Have 7 as Intersection YZ and 3 as INTERSECTION OF XYZ but the answer to my post = 7
