Extracurriculars: One specific type of community service. I’ve been with them for close to 3 years, and one club. I’ve been with the Environmental club for all four years of schooling, and last year I was the secretary.</p>
<p>Overall Comments: I’m not a stellar student, probably mediocre at best, but I got in!</p>

<p>I only got $6,000 in order to cover transportation costs. This may have to do with me not filing my CSS profile yet. I’m gonna call my contact person tomorrow either way to talk about my financial aid options, because I can’t go if I don’t get a crapload of more money. Bummer.</p>

<p>I knowww. I’m stressing so much. I don’t know how I’m going to get through tomorrow, at least if they posted decisions online I’d be able to check obsessively. But it’s not like I can go to the post office obsessively when I’m at school. =/</p>

<p>I opened my mailbox today and saw a big, white envelope. My heart stopped and I eagerly grabbed it, thinking I’d gotten into Fordham…only to find it was my acceptance package to Rutgers, which I already knew was coming (they post online). I was pretty disappointed, to say the least! Hopefully I get my mail from Fordham soon!</p>
<p>Big congrats to everyone who made it in; I’m really happy for you!! And to those who’ve been deferred: keep your heads up! You’ve still got another chance.</p>

<p>I am freaking out nervous. Congrats to those who got accepted, and good luck to those who got deferred–you have good stats & ecs and it surprises me and makes me even more nervous. I think I might hyperventilate and die when the mail comes tomorrow, because I know when it comes but I’ll be at school and unable to check until I get home.</p>
<p>hahaha wow something happpened to me exactly. my friends dad works at fordham, so she was able to find out earlier than everyone else. but when she texted me she didnt tell me her dad called the school, so i figured the decisions were in the mail. so i turn the around the corner of my road and see one huge white packet in the mailbox. i was sooooooo happy haha, and when i got up there, it was a nice big packet for my mom from the library. typical</p>

Obviously I thought it was an acceptance package, but it turned out to be some info from a school I’ve never heard of. And even though I know it’s not their fault, I now have a not-so-positive opinion of that school.</p>
