Official fall 2014 transfer thread

@rewaska That might be a good sign!!!

@theyadoreyou i guess all we can do is wait for now, huh? and plan that totally epic rejection party hahaha

also what time did your guys’s transeval change? or did you notice it changing?

All quiet on the ILR front. Their silence is haunting.

@chemistryking I think it changed sometime between 2 AM and 8 AM…unless when I checked at 2 AM I was just too tired to notice it being different

@william95 so you are saying that first you cold log into housing and now you can’t again?

@Holdenc can your counselor offer any insight?

@wellletshope Yeah I logged on at like 8 this morning and got the message I posted before, “The application process is not currently available to you.” Now I just get the error timeout message again.

This is just cruel.

Can anybody tell me where I can find a transfer credit evaluation? Is this on the application self service system? Where?

@joeapplicant It depends on which school you applied to. Are you a CALS applicant? If so, the link to the transfer eval is:

https://transeval.cals.cornell.edu/

If you’re not a CALS applicant this won’t reflect your evaluation status.

@beaccepted2014‌ None. I am starting to doubt those numbers. I would think there would be more people on CC if over 1100 kids applied. Either way it is clearly very competitive. I’m in the same darkness as all other ILR applicants. At least its not like we missed a wave of acceptances and are waiting for the guillotine to fall!

@holdenc Yeah, i thought the comparitive number here was small too. And you are right, no acceptances here yet means theres still hope for us. We can do this!!!

Pretty upset over the lack of news from Cornell. Preparing myself for a rejection X_X

It’s only the first week guys! Positive vibes Wooooooo!

If this year’s anything like last year, there should be some acceptances from early April to mid April, a wave/chunk of acceptances after that, and a wave of rejections (with some exceptions) after that.
There hasn’t been any “wave” so I seriously don’t think any of you guys should lose hope yet.

You can do it.

<a href=“Rob Schneider "you can do it" - YouTube”>Rob Schneider "you can do it" - YouTube;

I digress We should all make our profile pictures of cats.

Another hour, another disappointing email check…

Didn’t somebody on here say that ILR wouldn’t hear back until the last week of April at the earliest?
