It was #32. And it was a little confusing because all of the answers seemed to say the same thing, basically that lemons are cars that look good on the outside and have mechanical problems
Can we go over the paragraph improvement? Ik #30 was delete from passage. #32 was for example. What was the last one? It was about what to add to te passage
I also remember there were 2 as and 2 bs in a row in the improving paragraphs part
Any idea when scores will be released?
I called and some lady told me nonchalantly it was the 27th, but I don’t know how much I trust that info because she kind of sounded like she was about to fall asleep. @brookeal98
someone else called and said 25th
Anyone who got 28 on the 4 square problem want to send an email to collegeboard regarding the
ambiguity of the question?
@coolwhipped how was it ambiguous
figure out the minimum perimeter of a 4x4, 3x3, 2x2, and 1x1 square arranged on a plane such that there are no “interior points”.
This question could easily be interpreted to mean that the FINAL FIGURE cannot have interior points (points interior to the system of squares in which case the answer would be 28). Alternatively it can be interpreted to mean that only points interior to the squares themselves are not allowed (in which case answer would be 24).
@coolwhipped The question wasn’t ambiguous. It question stated that none of the squares could share internal points, meaning that the only constraint was that the squares couldn’t overlap
@redrabbit23 @alpha525 thanks guys!
I don’t want to wait any longer -______-
@brookeal98 I don’t either!! I also don’t know if I should register for March or not because I don’t know how I did this time >.<
@redrabbit23 My issue is that this was my third time taking it and I’m not sure if I reached my goal. If I didn’t it sucks that i’d have to take it a fourth time but it would be nice knowing that ahead of time so I could prepare. Is it that crazy taking it four times?
what colleges are you going for and what is your sat goal @xxjmodxx
I would be very happy with a 2200 and cornell/ vanderbilt are my two top choices
you’re probably fine don’t worry
@coolwhipped I also put 28 for the same reason and as much as it pisses me off because it’s probably going to be the only math question I get wrong, looking back it wasn’t that ambiguous.
People keep referencing the curve From the past times this test has been administered as harsh, can anyone post what that curve is?
Ex.
Math -1: 780 -2:760
Etc for all three sections
math curve and writing curve are light. reading is the worst possible curve u can think of
i was hoping for a 2300+ but now idk if i’ll get it
