<p>Yes, I've gotten two provisional ones but I haven't gotten my final one, as they've verified me and now they've given me a scholarship.</p>

<p>gokitty4: Have you checked the "Missing Documents/Information" tab? I had the same message, and it told me I had to fill out a Parent Income Verification document, which was mailed to my permanent address.</p>
<p>ya, they said "Some other financial aid document is missing."
but i havent gotten anything in the mail yet.</p>
<p>& they actually offered me a good amount for the unofficial letter
so im just anxious to finally see that amount under an "official" letter</p>
