<p>I received my acceptance letter today. It was dated May 23rd. </p>
<p>I am currently enrolled at a top 30 private university. SAT 2130 College GPA 3.48 High School GPA 87.6%. I had strong ECs, strong essays, a mediocre college recommendation and a stellar high school recommendation. </p>
<p>I applied to be a Government major in the College. </p>
<p>I live in California and stats were
First semester college GPA: 3.88
High school: 3.6/3.7 unweighted
Act: 31
Good interview
Good amount of ecs, worked since freshman year in hs and various volunteer work</p>
<p>Hi I’m a little late to this thread. Did any of you guys apply to NHS? I applied for international health. Also does the admissions office email you if you are accepted? If you haven’t heard anything yet is that a bad sign?</p>
<p>Yes for sure @blueeish. There is no reason to wait any longer than this (unless the decision is waiting-list, in which case there is a reason to wait.) In the meantime. What say you all of this Miami-Indiana series?</p>
<p>I did not ask for an early read, but I called the admissions office today because I have to let another school really soon. They said that they mailed out decisions so we should be getting them today or tomorrow. They also said that if we don’t get them for some reason, we can call on the 3rd to get our decisions over the phone.</p>

<p>And I highly doubt you’re the first on this thread to receive a deny letter; to publicly say it, yes, but not the first. I’m sure a few on this thread have received their deny letter and decided not to post :)</p>
