Son admitted OOS.
SAT 2360.
National AP Scholar after sophomore year. 15 AP exams passed by junior year.
Aerospace Engineering.

There’s also a serious chance that Truust was looking at the wrong thing and only thought he had the fourth tab. Let’s be serious. The statistics don’t lie. I’ve seen over 20 people that prove the theory.

Good luck to all…

Denied, OOS 2290 SAT, excellent essay, lots of ECs and leadership but mediocre GPA (3.9 W). No fourth tab. Good luck to everyone else!!!

Hey don’t be rude. This is the only hope I have. Chill.

**** defered i didn’t have 4th tab

lol, denied. I thought i would at least get deferred.

no 4th tab***

Accepted (OOS)-- I had the 4th “Campus Services” tab. It does indeed look like that tab indicates a definite acceptance (or at least a much greater likelihood of acceptance); however, there is apparently a chance that you may still be accepted without the tab. Don’t lose hope ;)

-2320 SAT superscore (800 CR, 720 M, 800 W)
-Submitted SAT II in Biology (750) and Literature (740)
-3.9 GPA weighted, unweighted probably closer to 3.7-- I go to a rigorous prep school that has a reputation for grade deflation, which is probably why I got in with below-average grades
-School doesn’t rank
-AP Euro (5), APUSH (5), AP Bio (4), AP English Comp (5), taking AP Calc BC and AP Lit this year

-National and state recognition for science fair research; quite a few awards and my work has been published in 2 journals
-Leadership in several school clubs including Model UN and debate
-Competitive horseback riding all throughout high school
-Hundreds of community service hours from stream monitoring program, therapeutic horseback riding program, and Counselor-in-Training at a local summer camp
-My supplement wasn’t the greatest (I noticed a pretty glaring error that I somehow managed to miss before submitting) but my Common App essay was quite good.

Strengths: SAT scores, Common App essay, science awards/publications, female interested in engineering
Weaknesses: Lack of AP Physics senior year

Congratulations to everyone who was accepted!

ACCEPTED!

Hail1616 – log into Buzzport, click on “Home” near top, look to right to see “registration and student services” block; in that block, you’ll see “Registration OSCAR” and if you click on that, you’ll go to another screen that has several tabs – 3 or 4 according to what is being said here. Good luck!
