<p>That would be due to you lacking the readily available facts rather than any deception on Hs part. If you’d looked at their CDS from last year, they accepted 13 transfers, so that should be a pretty strong indication of how many they take other years.</p>
<p>Why so few? Because H retains most of their fr, they only take enough transfers to fill those vacancies. </p>
<p>This ain’t rocket science, did you really think H would be accepting tons of transfers when you applied?</p>
<p>Actually, entomom, I believe the reason they accept around 12-13 every year is to put one in each house. That is what my interviewer was told, at least. It’s more a way to continue the transfer program than a necessity to fill vacancies.</p>
