Official Harvard RD 2016 Applicants' Discussion Thread

Yeah, @rachasusual, pictures please

I cant retrieve access code. I guess that means a rejection or waitlist, right?

mathisfun – the same thing happened to me…

All I wanted is a waitlist so i dont have to tell fam and frineds i got flat out rejected…how many people (%) do they waitlist?

@esney, you should have your access code already… retrieving it has nothing to do with your decision.

where did they tell me it?

Where do I go to see all this…?!? What is the link?

oh my god. oh my god. guys. i got in. this is ****ing insane. honestly. just like… unreal. i don’t even know how to react to this

I think ill just wait for the e-mail even if the website is working. Truthfully I’m very worried.

@esney in an e-mail a few weeks after you applied

IN! Logged in at the admitted students website.

Someone please let all of us know when you get the actual e-mail… not access to the accepted site… thanks.

i got the email!

Did anyone receive a legitimate email yet…? Or are these just based off of whether one can log in or not?

@amk933
@amaninakupenda
Congratulations!

I think
I’m Gunna have a nervous breakdown

@smithevan12 The email gives me a link to retrieve the Access Code. But the sight crashes when I try to retrieve it.

@esney, I’m sorry. It looks like you may have to wait (keep trying) until the site has less traffic and can process your request. Until then, continue to keep your eye on your e-mail account.

@esney, I’m having the exact same problem you are. I tried to retrieve it through the accepted students site (under forgot access code) but it says I no longer have access to the admissions portal or something like that once I enter my email. I assume that means I was rejected/waitlisted…

This is on the HARVARD site:
