If anyone has called the admissions office today, would you mind updating us if they told you: a) tomorrow is still the day for round 2, and b) there are still 60-70 spots left (as opposed to the total, which would include offers made on May 15). Hi everyone!! just wanted to add my name to the list of hopefuls still on the waitlist. I sent my application back in October but still have yet to get a definitive answer. guess I probably have trouble standing out as a white girl from cali haha.
also, a question: my friend was also wait listed and she said that she never received any email but checked in a few days ago to find a rejection letter dating back to the 15th. Do they usually send out emails when you get a status update? was it a mistake that she didn’t get one or is there still hope for her? Idk if anyone knows but any help would be appreciated.
anyway, I’m happy with Columbia (<3 NYC) but still hoping for a call from my dreamm school. good luck to everyone else!!!

Good luck @sweetcaroline214 . If your friend has a rejection notice in the portal, it means she’s been released. She should’ve gotten an email alerting her of this as well, so tell her to check her spam folder.
@marioharvy I would still send it in because it shows that you are still really serious about your dedication to the school. I sent in ELEVEN extra recommendation letters. They were probably just annoyed with me and gave in haha but now I couldn’t be happier to attend the best school ever!

So I talked to someone who got in today from Los Angeles but she may deny it because of Stanford

I’d really like to the the cross admit data for Harvard and Stanford this year. I don’t think Harvard did as well as in previous years.
