Official June 2012 SAT Math (US)

i got -1, not 1 for the x-intercept, not sure

I think you guys are confusing questions…
What question are you talkinga bout

wait I’m not even sure anymore… I’m getting mixed up with different questions

I’m pretty sure -3 was an answer for something

-1 i dunno what question that is

What was the mode question with the restaurant customer reviews

Restaurant reviews answer was 13^

what was the restaurant question… -…-

There was definitely a function transformation question where the original root of the function was something like -1 or 3 and you had to find the root for f(x-2?). There was an accompanying graph as well. Those numbers were probably different though…

EDIT: Was the restaurant question experimental? I don’t really remember it.

EDIT2: Ok, thanks.

restaurant question was experimental

wait, what was the question for the restaruant? i dont remember

We must be talking about different questions because 13 wasn’t an answer. I guessed and put 8.

Another math question… There was a picture of 2 parallel lines and they gave you the equation for 2 of the angles ans you had to solve for x. I think I got 21

Edit: never mind I thought it was experimental but wasn’t sure

same i don’t remember that question… is there suppose to be only 3 math sections? cause i got 4

The circle with triangle in it: 50pi-96
The one where g(x)=sq. rt (25x) and then g(4x)= k sq.rt (x). I put 10.
360 (a+b+c+d+e+f)
4 points
30 sqroot 3
6400
240 for the perimeter question
I II III for texas (general consensus, but still hotly debated)
I and III for divisible by 3
3 for the sequence one
-4
10 connecting lines for the 5 dots
5/64
7(x+y+z) = 49p. x+z equals 5.
For the question about the graph shifted to the left two units I got -4, or A.
6w (second multiple choice)
$1.84
II and III for the mean questions (25 and 30)
2n+3p+5
40/x
|p| + |-r|
-3 for (x+1)^2 + k
D/2 for radius
1600 for the pool question (filling and emptying)
2/7 for the probability question
21 for the parallel lines question
18 for the 4x=72 question
17/50 people

For the one where it was circles on a line, I got 12

Graph:
/ (extending upwards after x=3)

updated

I got 17 people missed more than 1 day at their job. Anyone get this too?

Yeah I got that.

did the experimental have the question about finding the number of points in the interior of the traingle

didn’t the parallel line question give you 2 equal angles one with x other with y and the other angle that makes the 180 in x? thats the 21 one correct?

@funnymarshmallow - crap i got that question too… i put 4

Also, what was the answer for x, x^2, 3x^2?

I think I put 3.

@iwannasucceed I got 17 too

@funny, no that was a legit math section

Did the question with the ratio of the smaller and larger squares really ask what the area of the larger square was? I thought it was asking for the measurement of one side of the bigger square, and that was 80.

Also, what were the answers to the two probability questions? Was one of them 2/7 or 1/7?
