Can someone clarify that it was 4 points in the triangle, not 7?

dang, I really wished i had put 50pi-96, I put 100pi-96, forgetting two divide the area of the circle into two. hopefully a 700+ would be nice

and how generous are they usually on the curve?

and it was 4 blue devils, i almost made the mistake by putting 7 and not realizing that I accidentally counted points on the line from (3,-2) to (3,2)

pretty positive its 4

What was the 5/64 question asking for? I don’t remember that at all.

I put 2 points, not 4… D: why was it more than 2, I only saw the 2 on the x axis lol

I thought the other x intercept was 3…

what about the median one? I put I AND II because the second one didn;t work

@bluedevil do you remember the questions to the 4sqrt2 and -1? I can’t seem to remember them.

@bluedevils it was facing a 60 degree angle, but when a triangle was formed that angle was cut in half

The points in the triangle were (1,0) (2,0) (2,-1) (2,1)

@mrsullivan it was 10.
What were the choices for the median one?

I put 7 points, but it probably was 4 points.

It went to point (3,2) and (3,-2) with the origin being the third point.

You can double check if you’d like.

the answer to the x. x^2, 3x^2 was radical 3?

It was definitely 4 points. You had to use the slopes relative to the origin to see which points fell inside the triangle

aahhhh I had ten and then put 50. Shucks. I think i got 4 wrong. I just want a 700 haha.

@gt it was 3, not radical 3.

@Overide
I got 4 points: (0,1), (0,2), (2,1), and (2,-1)

@bluedevils
Same answers except for the last one because I don’t remember the question… Anyone mind telling which question that was?

I wasn’t sure how to find the length of the triangle side that was apparently 30 sqrt3. I guessed 30 sqrt2. How do you do that one?

I can’t believe I messed up the circle question. I didn’t take half of 100 after I found the area of the whole circle…

I got the same answers for all the other questions. I didn’t think that there weren’t that many hard ones.

it was 10 X 28 Y 49 ?

and you had to work it out … like X + Y + 87 divided by 5 and all that

I dont remember exactly …;;

the rectangle one was 4x^2, the original one had a length of y=2x, and x, but the side x was doubled since the w and z part of it was a reflextion, so 2x * 2x = 4x^2

the tree one was 1,2,3

and it was 3 because the acreage of the TOP 5 was 10.75mil, and the total in the US was 14.9mil, so 14.9 - 10.75 was 4.15mil, and you could see that the state with the smallest amount of cotton on the chart had less than 1million, so it had to be atleast 5 states to make up 4.15mil

median was II and III right?

@s2aeca what problem is that? I don’t remember that one…
