Any tips on improving the English and writing scores? And how about the Math score, its not what i was hoping for.
My March scores were:
30 Composite
33 English
26 Math
34 Reading
27 Science
And in June:
33 Composite
35 English
29 Math (ugh)
35 Reading
34 Science
I’m just wondering, is it worth taking again with a 33 composite? I could definitely use some work in Math. I’m aiming for Vassar or Georgetown. Thoughts?
Thanks!

Tips for reading and/or science?
2nd try at the ACT, got a 35!
E: 34
M: 36
R: 35
S: 35
I suppose my English could’ve been better (a 34 puts me in 98% percentile and a 36 would’ve given me a 36 composite), but I retook my 33 ACT mainly so that I can raise my 32 math score, and I’m definitely happy about the 36
My science also went down from a 36, but I’m not gonna complain about a solid 35.0 composite.
So along with my 34 I got the writing results back and… 8 again. How do they grade these thing. My essay was so much better than my first one and they got the same grade. Do they really just get all the out of work subpar English teachers to grade these because it kinda seems that way. I mean I’m not really mad at the 8, its just that I wrote a much better essay, and even the comment says “provided adequate support of statements and positions with specific facts events and data” compared to last time “essay generally stayed on topic”. Bleh whatever.
And. @cornellaspirant I personally wouldn’t retake that 33 unless you really think you can raise that math score significantly. The slight difference between 33 and 34+ could probably be made up better spending your time focusing on other parts of you application.
@Blueoncemoon I’m definitely confident that I can. A huge part of why it’s so low is that I left 3 questions blank, so I might end up retaking it after all.
I feel like my scores aren't up to par with everyone else. :((
Composite - 27.5 (It rounded to a 28.)

Can I get some suggestions on how I can increase my score to AT LEAST a 30 PLEEEEASE?
