just finished the test.
what are your impressions, thoughts of the curves?

anybody remembers the solution to question 60 with the complex roots and the one asking about which sides where of ab isosceles triangle (2,2,4 3,3,7 , etc?)

just finished the test.
what are your impressions, thoughts of the curves?

anybody remembers the solution to question 60 with the complex roots and the one asking about which sides where of ab isosceles triangle (2,2,4 3,3,7 , etc?)

no one??

FORM 64D

For complex roots, I forgot which answer I bubbled in but I basically solved it using my calculator.

For the triangle I think I chose A, it’s the triangle inequality rule.

i bubbled in K for question 60

but did you think math was easier this time? i found it easier compared to practice tests
english war hard though

form 98y… anyone else?

I found math to be easier than normal.

English was okay I guess, the only section I had trouble with was reading (as always).

3,3,4 was the one with isosceles triangle because the sum of any 2 sides is greater than the third.

And the answer to complex roots was the last option if you equate real and imaginary parts

I had form 64D

oh perfect! i have a few more questions:

question with the 10 digit combination except birthday year? was it 101010*9?

and the one with the tomatoe and ratio 2:3 with j? was the answer 1.5j?

and the one with the chord and arcs in the circle and you had to they how much percent it was? was it just adding the angles and finding the one we were lookinh for and then divide by 360 for percent?

Did you guys think the science was hard?

1.5j and I marked 101010*10 - 1 where 1 represents the birth year. The question didnt specify distinct digits for birth year so the code can use all permutations

Math and science were surprisingly easy.
English was much harder than expected.

I have a few questions about reading

In the Social Science passage about freedom of speech, what does “uninitiatives” refer to? And in the humanities passage, there was a question about how does the second paragraph differ from the third paragraph. Is it that the third paragraph provides more details about the girl’s neighborhood?

i also thought that english was really hard, hoping for a generous curve.

but math, reading and science was easier than usual

i don’t exactly remember those reading questions, do you remember more details regarding those questions/answer choices?

I don’t remember the choices for the uninitiative question.
The options for the humanities questions were, the third paragraph provides more details about the girl’s neighborhood, the third paragraph has more emotional, figurative language. I was really confused between these two options. I don’t really remember the rest.

Also, in english, there was a question in the passage about the photographer with crowded over underlined. The options to the questions were crowded off, crowded in, no change, and something else. Do you remember the answer to that?

For the 3rd vs 4th paragraph, I chose the “more emotional language” option.

Oh yeah, you meant the “uninitiated”. I think I chose the option which says something about the people who have little knowledge regarding the legal aspect of constitutional right.

For that English question, I chose crowded out.

I found the prose fiction passage to be especially hard to understand (partly because I did it last and was panicking because I had little time left).

I only realized after attempting 7/8 qn on the first passage that it was talking about a test flight, and not a real flight per se. :(

i also chose more emotive language and crowded out

for the prose passage, question 1 asking about the main point of this passage: was it “demonstrate the ingenuibility and drive of Pantaleon” or “explain how to make a plane” ?

and for the english section:
the question with particularly, especially, desirably and unusually? which one was it?
and the one with “is wore”,“worn over” and “all worn”??

I’d say it is to demonstrate the ingenuity of Pantaleon, as it best describes the purpose of the passage. The passage doesn’t really explain how the plane is built, rather it focuses on his ingenuity and excitement and his friend’s skepticism about the plane.

I feel desirably is the answer as it doesn’t make sense in context.

I don’t know about the worn question. “Worn out” seems the best, but it wasn’t an answer choice.

yeah i also chose “shows demonstrate pantaleon drive” and desirably and worn over for the english question, but i guessed on the last one…

another english doubt: did u also chose every OMIT answer except for one?

and: the last question about if the essay fulfills to motivate the reader to begin a vegetarian diet? i chose NO, it just shows examplea of flowers in eatings?

So, how do you think the curves will be?
Hopefully english will be lenient.
