**October ACT Thread**

lol(this is the "unofficial october act thread")

Took the ACT today (from a test center in India). Was kinda fine.

Got booklet 64C (main) & 11E(essay).

ENGLISH was quite easy.
MATH is moderately difficult.
READING was quite diff. (as compared to practice tests)
SCIENCE was fine.

EASSAY was terrible. The essay topic was something related to whether "up-to-date resources and current/lates educational methods OR motivation help in improving learning"......was just able to draft a 1.5 page.

Wishing others all the best ! Pls. dont forget to post ur feedback on Oct ACT here.

Haha I find it kind of funny.

September's test was like the exact opposite so it seems like they're making up for it. September's English was really hard, the math was normal, reading was easier than normal, and science was really easy, and the essay was really easy hahah.

WOW, that test was HARD. Science was absolutly brutal. Math was very easy for some reason. English was expected and reading sucked too.

I got a 27 on the June test and Im expecting a 25 on this with maybe a 30-31 on math LOL

English I thought was really easy
Math was not good; I think I missed at least 2 or 3
Reading I thought was harder than usual
Science was hard, but it's always hard for me

english was easy.
math was AWFUL. point blank.
reading easy.
science easy.
essay was a breeze.

Man you guys didnt think science was hard. that last passage killed me, the fighting scientists killed me, and the one about the grass killed me

I had 66A and 12D.

English was fine I though
Math was not good, I was crunched for time and missed 2-3.
Reading was iffy, first passage messed me up.
Science was OK, spare the last passage (atomic number, mass numbers, etc)

does anyone remember what they got for the problem on math with the rectangle and the diagonals? I think it was #57 or 58

I said J or something, which said the top and bottom triangle were not congruent. Who knows. That test sucked - good thing I was just taking it for the hell of it (signed up before I got my score back. I'm perfectly content with my 34).

Well I felt sick throughout the entire test...
English- I actually thought it was a little harder
Math-decent
Reading-OK
Science-Hard but not as hard as previous tests

I probably did bad because I think I erased some answers in the wrong section.

yea i had 66a

english-pretty easy
math-pretty hard had to guess on like 5-6...usually when i practice i end up with 5-10 minutes left but today i duno where the time went
reading-decent, spent too much time on a question or two and had to guess on 2.
science-seemed easier than the science i took in june but not sure what i might get

the rectangle thingy was the first one...

I suppose we'll get an AIM chat room started this afternoon?

I thought the test went ok-ish...bah! 4 hours of sleep :D

english : pretty easy
math: first half easy as pie, last 15 questions were a bit difficult
reading : between easy and moderate
science : moderate.

english: easy
math: ridiculously hard compared to normal...
reading: easy
science: moderate --- but i didn't do well...

sang or sung??? -- English
First and last answer was no change??? --English

what was the answer for the matrix prob in math?

eng: meh
math: did pretty well, except last few were a bit difficult
reading: easy
sci: easy
essay: not bad

yeah I had 66A. wow math was brutal this time.

yeah im pretty good at math and id definitely say there were some harder problems.. hopefully the curve will be good

English: Average
Math: Average
Reading: Harder
Science: Way harder
Essay: Average
