Is it possible to miss one question in a section and still receive an 800? Any experience with this? How lenient are the curves? I have not previously taken the SAT and have no idea.

seattle:

Yes, it is possible.
I don't know how lenient the March SAT curve is, though.

Hey, does anyone know when we find out what section was experimental? It was one of my CR sections since I had two similar formats back-to-back for Sections 6 and 7, and depending on which one it is, I may have scored higher or lower overall. If you know, also put in what passages were related to it (I don't remember exactly, but I have a feel.) Thanks :-)

for lady why did she say that the shoes "are" hers?

also was tenable, diffuse or testimonial answers to SC?

I don't remember the other two, but I'm pretty certain the correct answer to the problem with "testimonial" as an answer choice was "inquisition". I think it was the sentence about the girl who asked too many questions.

"for lady why did she say that the shoes "are" hers?"

i believe the answer was something like.. she still believes the items belong to her.

^^^I'm sorry to say but I don't remember any of those being my answers.. and I'm really good at vocabulary.

the one with the filmmaker...it started with having done so many...and i dont remember the rest...do you know what word should have been there?

was the woman original or versatile?

What question was the "diffuse" one for?
Was that the one with the guy that had "superfluous literature...blahblah..hyperboles" in his writing and his reviewers told him to change it?

I think I put "unaffected" for the answer...
I'm not sure if "diffuse" and "unaffected" were the answer choices for the same question though lol

unaffected..
the botanical gardener was versatile

So "unaffected" is the answer? I chose that one, but someone in a previous post said that he chose "diffuse" vs. "disaffected", so I was really worried that I had misread it.

it was definitely unaffected. that question was discussed already and almost everyone said unaffected.

I've never heard of the word disaffected. I picekd unaffected, I'm pretty sure.
