On the identifying the error in writing section, what did you guys put for the sheep and big horns one?
I had constancy and inscrutability for the fathers voice
@mrsssm I said consistent and inscrutable…
I put spirituality of father as well.
What question was the answer 7/3?
@trollioli01 it was 5
can someone explain the perimeter question. i got 15.3 for some odd reason
it could not have spirituality of his father
was it no error for “Known for its big curled horns…”
@trollioli01 I got five too
agree^ it was not spirituality…it was the contrast answer
Oh and for the question that asked for the way the author was speaking about creativity in line like 13-15 did anyone else put originality?
I was between that one and refinement
the answer was 7 to the distance between the two 3x lines
For the temple I said that is showed a contrast in his life. Because when he was around his father it was like being in a temple whereas away from him it is like being on a busy road.
Creativity Passage:
- What was the answer to the one where it was like which would be an example of what Csikszentmihalyi considers creative (it had like a bunch of scenarios like experimental TV show is lauded by cast, innovative science paper is used for the basis of a science convention (or something like that)…
- What was the author of the passage’s attitude towards Csikszentmihalyi’s theory (last question in the section)?
i got that its was the error, ii think it was option a
@ScienceGeekGirl I didn’t put no error, the sentence was something like "named for its large curled horns, big horn sheep are…the are implies the subject is plural, which means you had to change its to their
@Verminsoupreme I put originality too
but i thought in the context, sheep was singular? why was its wrong?
@trollioli01 you just subtracted the side that overlap the other side so for the square and pentagon you just do 1.5- 1.2 do that for each side and add them up
@wehaveguests I chose the science paper because it was like described as innovative right…so it extended the field and also was accepted by the ‘gatekeepers’ of the domain…(the scientist dudes)
