i got a freaking 700 the last time i took it (oct.) and now i took it again and 790-ed that ****. damn, i wish i had got the 800. oh well their like the same thing

770, barron's is a miracle book i swear! last may i got a 620 and the weekend before the nov test all i did was study that book for a few hours. Barrons is my savior.

This 790 I got is really ****ing me off. I know MIT and CIT won't be happy.

Now I need to get in gear, and actually prep this time, if there's standby space in December. What are the odds of standby working anyway?

"This 790 I got is really ****ing me off. I know MIT and CIT won't be happy."

do you really think that or are just being emo just for attention?

got a 740 and am ecstatic! thats a one hundred point increase from my score in may!
unifortunately, my day is not that great since i somehow dropped a crazy ****ing 90 points in lit. :(

800 =)
770 in October

cmon anyone? what does a top top top tier (but not mit/cit) think when they see a 750 for math 2

is 790 math iic a competitive score for Duke?
I got 700 on SAT I math, so is this a little misleading?

mayyyyyn i got a 760 first time sitting, i only thought of it at 11 the night b4 the test..

Good Damnit!!! I only got a 790!!! ****!!!
Man i wish collegeboard did some kind of mistake so that itll go up to a 800!! :)
But this was my second time. I got a 740 in June so Im still alittle bit happy... I guess...

800

YESS first time

750...dammit... good enough for top tiers, or retake?

750's awesome as long as it's 750+.

I got 800 on my first try(how did that happen??), but I think most of it was due to my ti-89.

640 MAY
690 NOV

i feel like ****, i wwas hoping for 750+ , i studied my ass off, i woulda been lil betta seeing a 7 in the front, i can kiss l.a. berkeley, sd ,usc goodbye :(:(:(:(

"The curve must have been very generous this time. - On the March test, one wrong, no omits was a 790. I doubt that those of you with 800's
missed 4 or 5. You probably missed fewer than you think."

I don't think the curve has ever been this harsh. You sure you're not confusing this with the SAT I Math?

To whoever said a 770IIC is not good enough for MIT: You're WRONG. I believe Ben Golub of Caltech made some remarks about how a more middle range IIC score would lead him to question your ability to survive the intense Caltech math core for all students (whereas MIT has broader possibilities for major), but it's not "too bad" for Caltech. I believe MIT adcoms, including benjones on this board, have said, it's in the ballpark. Don't feel down on yourself because you got a *770/i

And yeah, whoever said one wrong, no omits in March was a 790 was also mistaken. The curve does not swing so wildly. In December, I must have gotten a few wrong, plus two omits, and wound up with an 800.

im pretty happy with it, but everyone here would consider it crap. haha. im retaking in 2 weeks anyway.

TI-89 did half the test for me

so MIT/CIT still have a good impression with a 750+?
cuz i got a 760... I've failed in my life...T.T
