The admissions twitter tweeted at 1 pm on ED/EA release day that they would be releasing admissions. I’m guessing that since they didn’t tweet anything that admissions probably won’t be released today 
So here is my issue…NU knows (or should know) how insane this is for the students who are waiting. Why can’t they do the humane thing…like so many other schools- BU, MIT, Babson, and others, and just pick a date, post the date, and release on that date.
It is rather cruel to make all these kids, mine included, check the website 50 times a day in the hopes of a decision.
@flute1298 or AT LEAST an estimate. Tell us the week. For all we know we’re waiting for a decision that won’t come for another week or two. So much stress…
@ceaneu We’ll know for certain if decisions are being released by 4:01… until then, don’t jump to conclusions.
Agreed @flute1298 it’s sort of bull. It’s also a bad way to run things. Seems rather unprofessional that they can’t at least provide a rough timeline and mention that you’ll tweet the date 24 hours prior.
Especially for deferred applicants who have been waiting on them for 3 months now.

Lol you guys should see the University of Rochester 2021 RD discussion… They told us they would be releasing decisions at the end of the week for three straight weeks. Still haven’t gotten a decision from them. Insanity.
@sml1234 I’m sorry that I made a mistake. I’m just trying to help people out, I’ve been waiting for months so I know how stressful it is and I don’t want people to get all worked up in case they don’t even release today. I’m just trying to help out my guy

@Kramer1 They release in batches and only the first batch has been released so far. I was clearly not in the first batch lol
I’m losing hope for today. I don’t think they’re breaking the Tuesday Thursday pattern
@ricebowls They released on a Wednesday in 2015. We’ll know for certain in 20 mins. I think we can all wait that long…
MA and Northeast people - do not give up hope until 5:30…that is when people saw their EA decisions.
