That roman numeral question was ambiguous. Did we come to a consensus on the answer?

i put what’s more, not incidentally

Is there a consensus on this writing question?
Birds’ eggs vary widely in size, with the egg of the ostrich, the world’s largest bird, being 4000 times larger than that of the smallest hummingbird.

on math section abcdacace?

The roman numeral math one was all were true.

the ostrich one was no error. Being is awkward but works

@Pingpong2‌ there was a math section that had abcde not abcda

was it authencity and artifice for the memoir one?

@satsuck‌

It was either what’s more or incidentally. I just ended up putting incidentally.

@daniiiiis‌ @PoopyMcGee12‌ you’re both wrong. Prepositional phrases are almost always wrong on the day, they merely add color. Being is wrong when the prepositional phrase (the distractor phrase in commas) is ignored. It’s wrong 95% of the time. Also, the x^2-y was 0

whoops i meant e but were the rest acace?

x^2-y was -2

@satsuck I what’s ore too.
@tng456 I put no error. “being” is correct in the sentence. The identifying errors part of the writing section is asking you to identify the error, not to eliminate a word. So while the sentence sounds better without the “being”, with the being is still correct.
And yes can we get a consensus on the roman numeral question.

Now I remember. I put authenticity; artifice for the writers and memoirs one.

@PoopyMcGee12‌ But it didn’t say you can use more than one variable. It said a number n.

@satsuck I picked whats more as well

I put what’s more as well. What’s more is used to add something surprising or interesting, which made sense in the context.

The x2 - y was definitely not 0.

@ChubbyPanda111‌ Being is definitely right. Could you explain how? and the x^2 - y is def -2

I think being is wrong, after thoughtful consideration, though i put no error.
Read it without the “the world’s largest bird,” clause and you’ll agree that being is incorrect.

The question was “2x +2 = root 8x - 4x +4 right”?
