emory1r...actually, most colleges DO look at writing scores. Some consider them slightly less than reading and math, but almost all schools consider them at or above SAT IIs...they're definitely important.

It's interesting that the students who did better than they expected (like me) think there was no mistake in grading, while those who did worse than they expected think there was a mistake.

Actually, like I just said a couple of posts before yours, I got a 780, with only 2 answers wrong, when I was expecting sumn around 700.

No point reporting to CNN. I only missed 6. ;)

i missed 5.

hmmm i got no omitted either.

but ah! 4 wrong on math killed me(710). If i would have gotten 1 less wrong... iw ouldve had 750!

Heh, since 4 wrong on M = -5 points.
I scored a 710 too! I missed 3 and omitted 2.

-sob- it said I omitted 2.

The last time I omitted a question...it was back in 7th grade.

Curse you, Collegeboard. =P

it wasn't a mistakes...the curve was just really harsh. I missed 4 MC questions and got a 70 MC score...

backfire...if u got one less wrong u would have gotten a 730<--thats what i got, i was so distraught over that score

yeah, but i got 3 M/c Wrogn 1 gridin

If i got 1 less wrong it would be
2M/c Wrong 1 grid/in
so i wouldnt have had a point taken off because it would round up
