M:790
V:790
CR:760

done with SATs, now only getting into college (ED Columbia) stands in my way.

thank god...

M:790
V:770
W:720

I guess this is good enough for me to apply to Stanford, MIT, and Caltech now. I shouldnt take it again right? btw, im only a junior so i still have some time to take it again if getting to the 2300s would improve my chances a bit.

680 cr :'-( totally bombed that
760 m
760 w (78/9) yeah, I thought my essay deserved better
total is a 2200, but I want to go to Stanford, and I doubt 680 makes the cut... so I guess I have to take them again. My question is when should I take them again? I'm a junior, but I still need to take 3 SAT IIs, so I don't know if I should take the SAT Is before taking the SAT IIs or wait until beginning of next year or something...
crazyglue there makes me look bad...
any advice would be great, thanks!

730 CR
590 M (yessss! for math-challenged me, I'm happy)
730 W (12 essay)

770 CR
740 M
790 W

2300 which I'm pretty happy with for my first time. Should I take it again if I am planning to do early for either Princeton or Yale? I'm currently a junior so would have plenty of time to raise scores. Don't know if a higher score will make any difference in the app process.

760 CR
760 M
740 W 12 essay =D

2260 total, im happy lol im done with standardized tests until AP... then... MCATS... fark

760 CR
720 M (***?:()
770 W avec an 11 essay
2250 total.. im satisfied

man u ppl ve got high scores. give me some tips for the essay, and the critical reading > the comprehensions seem really tuff to me.

I only improved on my Reading from 610 to 640so Here are my cummunulative Best Scores

CR- 640
Math- 630
Writing- 620

I was actually expecting to improve on my Math by 20 or so points BUT. I can't really be that dissapointed. BECAUSE It would have been so Horriable if I had not improved at ALL.

So I guess I'll take an increase from a 1240 to a 1270

AND a jump from an 1860 to an 1890

To tell the truth my 1270 is probably the BEST FREAKING SAT Score for my whole Seinor Class of 140some Kids. I'm not sure but I know I'm at least in the top 3. The girl that is going to probably get Valadictorian, Only got an 1180. """what a Loser"" . Yeah I might have a 91 QPA but I crushed everyone else on my SAT's BOO-YAA. I mean really there are people ahead of me on the rankings, And I'm like 30th. Well kids ahead of me got like 1080s on the test. They should take their stupid class ranking, (which they only got because they took the simple classes) and compare it to my 1270. How do you like me now!!!

Sorry for the little rant but I guess I can be happy about probably having the Highest SAT Score in my entire Seinor class.

PS. I'm done taking the test so I'll forever be linked to a 1270.

So if people ask what did you get on your SAT. I guess I can confidently say a 1270. I mean I never took a $200 SAT course so I probably could have gotten like 100 points better like they advertise, So I'm pretty Satisfied with my score.

bravos89 that is funny...I'm also a junior who is most likely applying to Pton ED next year and I also got a 2300. I considered retaking it, but since my CR score is 800 and math is 790 (99 %iles for each), I'm not going to. I'll just focus on SAT II's instead.

march 2005 - 2040

october 2005:
reading - 730
math - 800
writing - 740 (75 raw, 9 essay)
total: 2270

I am so so happy right now :)

M: 790
V: 790
W: 770

I'm a junior so I'm happy.
Good job everyone :]

JTC007...maybe we should start a Princeton Class of 2011 ED thread? I'm leaning towards Princeton right now too.

M: 800
CR: 730
W: 740
my essay was really short (~1.3 pages) so it got a 9 :(!!!! I wrote about Michael Jackson...how can anyone not like an essay about Michael Jackson?! Haha

CR: 610
M: 790
W: 720 (71/10)

Total: 2120

This was my first -- and last -- time I'm taking the SAT.
I'm a senior, and well, all I wanted was a M+V score of 1400, and a total score of 2100. I got that; however, this incredibly low verbal score is just vexing me.

CR: 680
M: 670
W: 800 (80/10 haha w/ my spectacular 1-sentence conclusion)

Total: 2150

these are fine with me! :)

CR: 700 (...)
M: 740
W: 790 (75/12)

2230... too bad Georgetown doesn't look at writing...

math: 760
cr: 760
writing: 740

total: 2260
is this worth retaking? i don't mean to sound like a prude, but i'm a bit curious. :/

CR: 640
M: 800
W: 740 (75/9)

Total: 2180

I was pretty dissapointed with my CR score because I thought it would be around 720. However, I'm pretty excited with my score because I went up in every section this time.
