<p>I live very close to Pomona and got my deferral letter (regular mail) the day after they sent it, so I will probably receive decisions first. When I do - I’ll be sure to tell you guys!</p>
<p>I think internationals get emails so it shouldn’t be an issue. As it was with HMC, I believe internationals will learn of their outcome before anyone else.</p>

I’m hoping that interviews make a big difference. I interviewed at Pomona but not at CMC…</p>
<p>i screwed the pooch on that one. in september i felt like id be early calling for an interview, so i waited… until the deadline had passed for both. i had back-and-forth emails trying to make it work with a cmc rep, but it didnt. as for pomona, after a bit of contacting i ended up with an email from either the or an assistant dean of admissions saying its all good, dont worry if i missed it… dont know if i believe that though.</p>

<p>No worries. The same happened to me, and I got into Pomona (and a number of other more selective schools). I have a friend who was rejected Pomona ED this year, but just got into CMC. So it’s all kind of subjective…and there’s no reason to worry about it too much.</p>

<p>I know when USC sent me my admissions packet, it took 2 days plus a sunday by priority mail.
I live in Ohio.
Someone in Virginia could expect an acceptance by monday.</p>
