Thank you to EVERYBODY who wished me well/congratulated me! I had no idea I was so popular. ;) It really does mean a lot to me...I feel lovedddd.

Im so sorry to all of those who were rejected. And I'm soooo happy for all those accepted! Tomorrow is going to be REALLY tough, a lot of really really crazy things happened to my classmates in terms of Ivy decisions.

Camelia (and everybody else, but I'm directing this towards you), it's OK to be sad and cry. I played this out in my head a thousand times, and I knew that I would be stoic (I'm not saying you were) and not cry for about 5 minutes before I just let loose. Please cry and let it all out.

And when you go to Dartmouth, I'm going to take a train up there and we're going to hike and write short stories together!

I agree. Camelia, you along with many other rejectees (maybe myself included, but I can see why I was rejected) should have gotten in, but you in particular. Pton just won't be number one forever if they reject more people like you.

[li] Why you think you were accepted/wait listed/denied: It's Princeton, come on![/li][/ul]Other Factors: Born late 1991, so currently fifteen. General Comments/Congratulations/Venting/Commiserations,etc: Eh, tough luck! Congratulations to everyone accepted, and commiserations to everyone who wasn't. I'll be off to Caltech now.

yah I can't help but feel for a lot of my friends who didn't get in. I have horrible stats and so far have the best record I know of for HYP (1.5 out of 3) one guy who was really set on princeton isnt talking to me :( but its kind of a day of mixed feelings for everyone

I got accepted. You can see my statistics somewhere in the Cornell forum. I don't want to type them again because I'm doing homework at the moment and don't have that much time to spend on here, and my mouse isn't letting me copy-and-paste, but basically here are my core stats - 35 ACT, 3.7/4.0 GPA, great extracurrs, white, male, and southern.

I'm 50/50 on whether or not to attend Princeton though. At the moment, I'm probably leaning towards either Villanova or WUSTL based on the very generous financial aid packages I got from them, but if Princeton can come anywhere close to them in terms of aid, I'm head there.
