Nah dude but they do “consider” your engineering/ab and I think the acceptance rate for the engineering applicants is a lot higher? no?
@grundeis and where did you get that info? I highly doubt it.
For any of you who submitted last night, are your writing supplements marked as downloaded? Mine aren’t and I’m worried they won’t be accepted even though I submitted my application before the deadline (I submitted the application portion on the 30th).
@frazzledazzle It takes them time to process everything. If you submitted before the deadline, you’re good. The application is marked with the submission date.
@IvyDreamfor2022 I the application portion on the 30th but the writing supplement like 15 minutes after the deadline. :-SS
@frazzledazzle Uh oh. Call them and ask lol!
@IvyDreamfor2022 I’m going to wait a little bit longer and probably make a post on /r/A2C before I call them. Want to make sure. I hope I’m fine because of a grace period, but I don’t know. I hope they accept it since I turned in the application portion and paid well before the deadline.
@grundeis I have never seen any data on different acceptance rates between AB and BSE. Are you able to cite this information?
That would be very interesting if there were different acceptance rates.
Little late, but I took my quote from Calvin and Hobbes- “It’s a magical world Hobbes ol’ buddy… let’s go exploring!”
Have any of you who applied on the 1st received an email for an interview? I’m still waiting on mine.
I applied on December 25th and have not received any emails for an interview yet I’m from Canada
D18 just got interview contact last week. I wouldn’t worry with holidays and weather, I’m sure you’ll be contacted soon.
Where are you from, and when did they submit their app? @MPT3D
My son submitted his app on the 1st and received an email for an interview last week, but he’s nearby in PA and there are a lot of alumni to do interviews around here.
Nice! I hope his interview went well! @scaramouch
I got an email from my interviewer who said" learn more about you and your family background, and answer any questions about Princeton." weird?? what does family background mean?
@sranya2018 I think that means that they want to know the world you come from. Gives some context to your application.
I got an email from my interviewer. Maine applicant who applied on the 1st.
I didn’t get an interview request yet. Anyone from Las Vegas on here?
To update additional info like new awards to princeton, I should upload them to my application portal, correct?
