<p>Merry Christmas everybody! Providence sent me an e-mail even though they said they wouldn't (I think it's because I'm living internationally). ANywz, I was accepted, but not impressed. Two biggie mistakes in my e-mail:
(1) they spelled 'feel' as 'fell'
(2) they addressed the e-mail "Dear Ben" and then sent me another saying "Dear Robert, Sorry we forgot to change the name".</p>

<p>ANywz, I know my spelling isn't perfect, but I'm not writing a college decision e-mail/letter. I won't be going (not just because of this), but good luck everyone!!!!</p>

<p>Oh cool...I hope I get mine soon...how come you don't wanna really even consider going? It's a wonderful place and I'm very seriously considering it even though I was accepted to a much better school. You should really look into it Robbyg because I have gathered from my visit and all the research I could do that Providence just seems like an amazing place all around.</p>

<p>I got into BC but, assuming I get in, I still think that I'd prefer Providence.</p>

<p>SerraPadre: I visited too, but I didn't enjoy the campus, and it just didn't have a great overall feel for me. I think it's a good uni, just not for me,</p>

<p>NHJake: I got into UChicago and Villanova, and rite now I'm def going to the Chicago over the other two, but I'm still waiting until I hear back from my RD schools</p>

<p>It's NDjake :). Anyways, CONGRATS!!! Those are some great great schools. Uchicago is fabulous. I hope I can get into Notre Dame RD. Arhh such a long wait for RD. I hope the EA letters come today. Not sure how fast mail from Providence gets to CT.</p>

<p>yeah...good luck everyone! I'm from California tho so i don't think ill be hearing until late this week. oh well itll be here eventually =) I'm still gonna check the mail every single day lol</p>

<p>im up in canada and i got an email that a ups package is being sent to my house and according to the tracking its going to be delivered tomorrow so yeah i will let you guys know the decision tomorrow..hopefully i got in!</p>

<p>Im in CT too. Mail comes around 1:30 so im hoping it will come in. I hope they include all the scholarship info like Fordham did.</p>

<p>Nothing here in CT either. Sorry to hear that Allen. Considering they dont really look at SATS (My strong point) my chances are not great either.</p>

<p>yeah my gpa was my weakness and i guess it was a large factor in their decisions large enough for me to not be accepted, but its okay as pc was not my top choice</p>

<p>nothing in CT as of today. What the heck lol. CT and providence are not that far away, you would think it would have come by now.</p>

<p>I mean what is the deal with the mail? Something from Providence to Connecticut usually takes a max of two days. Oh well. Hope to hear tomorrow.</p>
