@YoohooAddict Well, saying “simultaneously at the same time” is really redundant so just saying one or the other would’ve sufficed…
I believe “accurate” was the error in your 2nd question; it should’ve been “accurately,” I think?

It was (8,4 √3)

-5 CR
-3 M
-2 or -1 W

Do I have a shot at Texas cutoff (218)?

No it is 18. Answers to math questions are never not enough info

Can someone predict my score:
Reading: -5
Math: -1
Writing: -3

Thank you!

@ikitsume YES. What about the one that said “The year of 1997 saw …” The word “saw” was underlined. Was it right or wrong?

@YoohooAddict Sorry, can’t remember that question clearly… I don’t think I put “saw” as my answer though.

@ikitsume Ok, can you just read it like the way I wrote it, and tell me if “saw” sounds correct or not? Thanks for your help.

@Yoohooaddict It sounded correct to me which is why I picked another answer

@ikitsume Ayyee, let’s just hope I’m right lol.

For the error identification question, did anyone pick “originally first invented?” I picked it because it seemed redundant to me.

@TheGreatCatsbyx I chose that too. What about this one: “the year 1997 saw…” did you choose “saw”?

Saw is correct

It places a date in the past so saw, which is simple past, would work in this case

So this sentence was no error?

I think it was, can’t be sure though

Damn it. What do you guys think I would get with these: CR: -10 (1 omitted), M: -8, and W: -1. Is it possible to be 200 even?

@pandax0x0 CollegeBoard has asked the same question before on SATs. That math question could in fact not be determined… More than a lot of people have gotten that wrong or changed answers at the last second.
Seriously, 4 Es in a row, that math question, the CR section… They were just trying to mess with us.
I don’t remember the “accurate” question, but I do remember that there were 3 no errors.

just took another psat test from kaplan their psat predictor for fun and got a 217 , i got a 216 on the petersons prac test i took last saturday, so it seems like at the rate i probably got past nmsf barrier from fl at least as long as i worked the same way on the psat which as seen from above i did, so feeling pretty confident Im a national merit scholar, at least i know my last practice wasnt a fluke:)

What do you think for my grade. For Massachusetts you need at least a 221-224 to qualify for National Merit.

CR - 3 wrong at best
Math - 0 wrong at best
Writing - 1 wrong at best
