If someone’s psat score does not meet their state’s merit scholarship standards, can they still be a commended student? Say, in NY you have to get a 224, but you get a 210, can you be a commended student? Or is that just people who didn’t make it past the first round of qualifications?

For the triangle one I got Choice 3 only.

I put <A as 100 and <B as 30. (Where <C = 50)

Therefore it couldn’t have been Choice 1 because 50 degrees is not less than 30…

For the Elaine question I put jubilant because exasperated didn’t seem right to me. She was definitely apathetic to Lucas though.

@Chrysanthemum14 yeah but you can also set A = 66 and B = 64

I in triangle doesn’t work. Try 110 degrees 20 degrees

@riship – agitated because she was twittering. exasperated has no trembling connotation.

The triangle was C, 1 and 3

Yep, the triangle one was definitely A, III only

@Chrysanthemum14 same. III was the only choice that had proven evidence.

it was ONLY III because while I could work with some numbers, it wouldn’t work with all numbers

no i think it was I and III, it had to do something with b>a

what did people say for reproachful/disapproving since they’re basically synonymous?!

Nope it was I and III. :)

The triangle question was asking for what MUST be true, not would could be true

I put down C, I and III, then when I went back to check my answers, I noticed it said what must be true

I put disapproving.

I and III because angle a always had to be bigger than angle b

For cool I put casual, and his feeling was disapproval.

@dzhu12 are you sure?

Did anybody else put no error on 2 questions near the end of the test?
Also, was the answer about the test scores graph .20.
For the apes story, I left it as “it is”. Comments?
The prince vocab question was recluse?
The answer about the elevated city started with unless it’s air…, right?
Did anybody else put cumbersome for one of the questions?
Was one of the errors A. Like?

got 1/2 for the test score question. yes reclusre. can you remind me of the elevated city question?

There seems to be a debate between " only III" and “both I and III”. The way to to work this out is to remember exactly what I was. I believe choice I was XX<BC. BC is always going to be the longest no matter what angles you choose, because angle A will always be the greatest. Everyone will probably agree with that. The problem is we don’t remember what choice I was.
