Official Regular Decisions Thread

I am bitter, and I readily admit it. But she's worse than I say.

ehh... im tired of people with no potential but lots of money doing crap, but i cant complain. i get by without them. but im sure they didnt pass you up for her, and if she cant really make i, she wont be there. or she might pay people to do stuff for her. and then someone can spplement thier finacial aid. sounds good to me. just rip her off if you are gonna do something for her. does that make ya happy?

Oh, I haven't been rejected by Brown, I haven't applied yet. If I am rejected, though, I'm storming the admissions office!

Give an example of something dumb this girl might do.

Speaking of dumb, I was getting dinner with a friend of mine, and the cashier asks her, "Do you want large or extra-large taters?" My friend replies, "Oh, whichever one's bigger!" It was priceless. But then, she didn't get into Brown...

I could send you an essay she wrote, if you really wanted. I'll have to take a scalding hot bath afterwards to wash off my ***** sins, but it would probably give me a lot of sick pleasure, actually. I don't know what sort of stupid examples I could give, it's more like something you'd have to gauge for yourself by reading things she's said and hearing her speak.

Um, don't. Just shut up.

hey fids, send one to me. i met alot of these people and laughing at them is just great. so e-mail me, or im me on aim its crumflake.

my friend who is a jehovah's witness went to preach at a lady's house with his bible partner. The bible partner knew the lady and politely asked her how she was doing. She began telling him about an injury she had sustained recently, keeping her in her house for a few days. He expressed his condolences. Now, turning to my friend, the lady smiled at him and asked him how he was. Without thinking, he smiled and said,"Fine, how are you?" She just looked at him strangely and he sheepishly said, "oh, never mind."

I guess I'll let College Confidential's Brown University community have the honor of receiving my 300th post, thusly elevating my status to Member. Thanks to all of you for your support in making this dream come true. tears welling in eyes and waving hand slowly

im not sure ill come to that point for a while

hikkifan: are you going to brown? And congrats on your member status!

unless i post sentence by sentence

Thank you, RaboKarabekian. It feels good to be a member. In the past few seconds, my life has changed more than you can ever imagine.

Nah, I'm not going to Brown. My very good friend(not the jehovah's witness friend) got accepted to Brown and so I checked up on stuff for her, and I like the people on Brown's message board. So, I'm squatting. I hope you don't discriminate against drifters...

DRIFTER!! DRIFTER!!! Ha, no. Glad to have you!

anyone have/post the official brown acceptance letter thingy?

"In the past few seconds, my life has changed more than you can ever imagine. "

Yup, member status can do that to you!

And we don't discriminate against drifters. We like everyone. :)

does anyone have the official acceptance letter from brown they can post online?

I have the ED letter from December as well as the one we got with RD decisions last Thursday. Do you want to see those?

This probably was already posted somewhere, but you might like to read it:
