<p>can anyone tell me the official SAT curve from one of the previous tests? It doesn't matter which date, but I would like to know how many wrong for an 800, 790, 780, etc. for CR, M, and W. Thanks!</p>

<p>Or a perfect score on math is far more rare than a score with a one wrong. These curves aren't arbitrary.</p>
<p>lol thats a pretty generous curve on the CR if u ask me ,...lol 3 wrong can still be an 800...</p>
<p>No it can't -- 3 wrong would be a 780, because you lose 1/4 pt for each wrong answer.
2 wrong + 1 omit could be an 800 though.</p>
<p>It's probably fairly lenient since CR is annoyingly ambiguous sometimes.</p>
<p>Math curve isn't 'gay and ridiculous' if you just don't miss a lot of 'em ;).</p>
