Official SAT I International Version

that was a typo..... subsistence

What was the answer for geographical question in purto rico passage??

um...that was..something like emotional ties? i think..i cant remember very well...

yeaaa~ thanks people for telling us answers. can't believe you actually remember all those answers! once i go and take a test, i forget it once i step outta the test room. lol.
any more answers? ^u^
oh yes, and i still dont get why the answer is teaching: pedagogy, isn't it agriculture: farming.........?
and do you guys remember what you said for why there are quotation marks on quantum physics vocabulary? i think i chose (A), which was, to convey a sense of irony or somefin like that.
HELP!

^^I think I answered the physical realities and emotional ties.

The answer to easel:canvas is lectern:book. I'm pretty sure about it(and I got it wrong). I also remember that it was picture : frame, not frame: picture.

Sultry? What was the question about sultry?

student91,

I don't know why pedagogy:teaching is the right answer. I just chose that ;) Actually, I don't know how to explain it. I'm not good at saying, "A is the blah of B" and such; I only choose whatever I find fitting.

So I can only explain it to myself, but not to others :p

I think the answer on the quotation marks question is the choice with the metaphorical thing.

Everyone,

We must be very thankful though. Our Verbal is way easier than the Americans'. :) Go figure.

yeh..the quotation marks is the metaphorical thing...and pedagogy is the field of study where you learn how teach others.
the question w/ sultry is dealing w/ dry and humid weather

agriculture : farming is not the answer because agriculture not only involves farming but also harvesting n other things.........

quotation marks is the metaphorical thing....... that was quite straight forward........

smurf816, ya i chose emotional ties for geographical thing........

^The people complaining? The one with choices fetid and arid?

in the monster passage, the idea that "ghost which dont exist have become more important than animals which are decreasing in number" was related to three questions in a row?

Am I right???

yeh...that idea was related to many questions..so that made the section much harder..:(

paradox_master, dont be happy abt the easy test...... if test is easy, curve will be harsher......

i think maths will be like 800 780 760

I think verbal will be 800 800 780 ? or 800 800 800? i haven't saw a scale with only two 800s b4... I usually score about 700-750 verbal for Real SATs... for this i felt much much much better... i am hoping for 800 but i already answered 2 questions wrongly.. i can only hope :) but i'll be happy with anything above 750 :):):):):) extremely happy..

a monstrous 15min verbal section killed me completely...

WOW! DOes anyone know which was the experimental section..did anyone have a verbal experimental section...! WOw i really hiope that section 5 of mathw as experimental..i found that hardd!! and i ommited 1 question and think i got one wrong! Btw does anyone know remember if they had a lot of D's in the QC, i remeber i got about 3-4 D's! which is kinda unusual!?!

i know for sure that pyramid one and one with 2(a+b) and a(2+b) had answers as D
rest i dont remember

wait a minute........ how come u have the international version of SAT living in Maryland???

Hey guys,
does anyone remember the answer to the three digit nr. composed by multiplication of 4 primes question?

the q went somewhat like this

P = a x b x c x d , where a b c d are all different primes. what is the greatest value of P?

a) 910
b) 920
c) 950
d) 970
e) 990

im not sure if the answers are exactly those i mentioned though. i dont remember if it was the last q on the 5th (experimental) section either. anyways, i tried to figure it out for about 7 minutes, but my brains were jammed. so i finally guessed 970 :D.

no it has to be 930 since it is multiple of 10, 2 and 5 has to be there

rest 31 * 3

initially i thought 29*5 , but then 5 will repeat

970 cant be the answer , since 97 is itself a prime number

whats that "pyramid" one that you said is D?..whats the question...i cant remember..
