***Official SAT I June 2013***

Also, what did people get on the last question about the Indian lady? It was something about describing the overall experience of the move to America.

I put unsatisfying experience. :l

the choices were like unforeseen pleasure and stimulating undertaking for that?^ and the no errors were Bicycle, Navajo and #29 I don’t think 28 was a no error

Wait why is it not unsatisfying experience…

Sorry LOL one last question.
Do you remember this one question on section 10 (writing) where it was like
something something, because something inhospitable to something?

lol sorry my memory is bad. But I remember thinking that there shouldn’t be a comma before “because,” but none of the other answer choices seemed right to me so I stuck with A.

Anyone?

How many can I miss for a 600 on the MATH & WRITING??? Does anybody know??? Please tell me

can anyone tell me the answers to the space passage questions. I dont think anyone posted those here and can anyone post the florida passage also.

Smarty1201 - check past curves for reference. There’s no way of knowing now…

Im postive number 29 on the error ID was B. The sentence was:
(Even) after (lowering) the volume, Suzanne found her electric guitar (so annoyed) the neighbors that (they) repoted her to the management.

The whole sentence is in past tense. ‘Lowering’ should be changed to ‘she lowered’
I mean idk?
Even after he jumped, he played terrible
Even after jumping, he played terrible

^ anyone want to confirm what he is saying is true?
I put lowering too.
So far people has said it is either lowering, so annoyed, or no error.
I’m definitely sure it isn’t “so annoyed” because think about it.
Most SAT takers would put so annoyed and the question is #29 so it can’t be that… Idk thats my logic.

I was thinking the same thing^

@rkamil9 but again since it’s #29 it could’ve been no error as they like to trick your mind into thinking that a few answer choices are wrong ahahah

It’s no error. Lowering is not grammatically incorrect.

Please dont tell me that lol that was literally the only question i struggled on and need the 800… I mean i dont disagree i was 50/50 between B and no error but i put B

I asked my cousin who is an SAT tutor and got a 2400 (even without a calculator lol) on a recent test she took for her company and she said that the “they” may be the error in the guitar question. Not sure why, but that’d definitely be a level 28/9 question. I’ve found that the super hard ones toward end are deceptively almost never no error.

(As far as the “lowering” debate goes, this doesn’t mean that “lowering” is is/isn’t the error because when I told her first half of sentence I kinda mixed it up lol, only remembered second part so don’t know about that).

@rkamil i think its no error /:
A lot of people are saying that.
Okay so about the navajo one, is that definitely no error?
Because i put ‘in origin’ as incorrect…

Call your cousin now and read the full sentence i wrote lol and the navajo im pretty sure its no error

Okay well if #29 wasn’t no error that means there was only 2 no errors?!

@Rkamil9 how could you possibly need an 800? I can understand hoping for one, but if you’re looking at top colleges, they view 800s and 750+ as basically the same

I need atleast a 2100 for a program and my reading sucks so my only hope is as high as possible in writing and math… Every question matters

@rkamil9 i don’t want to bug my cousin again about something that we can’t change at this point lol.

I think the error might actually be they because when I told her the sentence I didn’t even tell her “they” was underlined; I just asked about the “so annoyed” and her reply was: “so annoyed is fine. the they is ambiguous.”

can anyone figure out why the they might be the error??

Maybe she didn’t get the whole sentence? I don’t really think the they is ambiguous since it’s pretty clear to whom the “they” is referring to which in this case is the neighbors; I personally think it’s no error
