why wasnt it no error though for the brain. it would be you and i share information not you and i shares information. but i think you are right haha, im just trying have some hope. do you know what the bicycle answer was?

some ppl are saying that cr was easy this time
I had received 730 on January test with 4 wrong on cr section (w/ 2200s total)
I took it 2nd time and I thought the cr section was extremely hard>>… is it just me??? because… that would make me feel horrible…***

how about writing???

anyway…what do u think I would get with -8 cr, -4 wr, -1 math…

I hope my score doesn’t go down too much…

I reallyyyy need feedback… thank you!!!

The bicycle was no error.

Shares information doesn’t make sense because in this case share is the verb, the information is being shared.

In ‘the left and right sides’ sides is the noun so different rules apply. To say the left and right side would be implying that the left and ride parts of the brain are the exact same side, which is obviously contradicted by the inherent definitions of left and right.

for anyone still confused about the math question with 3 intersecting lines, we’ve explained it already. look at post #500

Was indelible answer choice c?

indian grandmother passage:
-beginning = chaotic to tranquil
-kitchen is comforting
-she sang to not be lonely anymore (answer was loneliness)
-the word “store” means to place value in something
-the short phrase “yes she might as well admit it” signaled resignation
-while she was cooking the Indian food, she felt self-assurance (sorry if that was awkwardly phrased hah)
-she was disappointed in her grandkids? im not sure about this one… i dont remember the question or the answer choices
-strained relationship with daughter-in-law
-her coming to to the US = unrealized expecations or unsatisfying experience? (not sure about this one either)

violin/stradivarius passsage:
-“it feels like i’m missing a part of myself” → for what a woman would say
-heady mix = intoxicating
-the exception was that the woman was able to leave her violin behind before going to finland
-compares human voice to instrument
-the writer wrote like a knowledgeable fan

jane austen:
-the first passage made an argument, second refuted it
-she wrote about the world she knew

ghost orchid:
-detailing his quest
-he wanted the passion that others had for finding orchids, it wasnt about the orchid itself (idk i dont remember this question specifically either)

space travel:
-the inability of scientists to make more efficient technology = surmountable
-two passages agree that robots are slower than humans

writing
navajo - no error

rabbits enjoy being, not enjoy to be (aka this one was NOT a no error)

bicycle that had one big wheel one small wheel - no error

the politician did something in the hope to generate - (supposed to be in the hope of generating)

the guitar made noise that so annoyed the neighbors (we’ve determined this to be no error so far)

upheavals in which

gum passage-
citizen participation or gum removal?
“sticky situation” part of passage - leave as is

does anyone remember the one about mexican american writers? “code-talkers”?
sorry for the length of the post, i hope it helps!

@AKIndian
i think so.

What does a 1W on a math fill in, 1W on MC, and 4 omit look like? Over 700 this SAT?

Gum passage was citizen participation.

Are you sure about the upheavals one? I put no error.

I am pretty sure the space one was “inevitable”.

The second passage said something like “the inability of space flight engineers to develop…”

The first passage said “space flight costs are high and unless (some unmet condition) was achieved they will remain high”

Thus the costs mentioned in the second passage could not be avoided and thus inevitable.

I’m pretty sure it was surmountable. The first passage stated that although these problems could come up, they are capable of being overcame through research.

Was upheavals in which a choice i thought it was upheavals during which.

@spazzer4501 I agree with CantFocus, it’s not that the inability of the scientists is inevitable, you’re thinking that the high costs are inevitable, which makes sense actually, but is not what the question is asking. it says that possibly the inability of the scientists to fix the problem may be overcome with more research (that was my reasoning at least)

@CantFocus I dont really remember, the answer was not no error, I think it was upheavals ___ which (either in which or during which idk)

I put ‘during which’ as well. (no error)

But that does not match the connotation of the sentence.

“Yes, they are high and unless <> is met, will remain high”, by simply reading this sentence, your gut feeling should be telling you that the author is not presenting the condition <> as a something actively being worked towards. Rather, he is resigned and accepting of the fact that the costs will continue to remain high.

I can’t exactly remember verbatim but in the last paragraph of the first paragraph, but the unmet condition is continuing research in the topic. This obviously implies that it is surmountable.

That mexican writers one is put A. It was , shifting

One more thing
Do you remember getting an answer “introduce a new perspective”?

@CantFocus okay so you put A. any other inputs? Someone else told me they put C but I totally forget what the answer choices were.

I’m still not convinced, but I will assume you are correct. Do any of you remember the question that asked to characterize ‘modern society’ in one word? (It was reading passage can’t remember which one, and it talked about the arrogance of modern society).

@CantFocus I think you’re talking about the passage about Stradivarius and violins, I put that he used that paragraph to shift from a broad topic to a specific topic. I might be mistaken though.

@spazzer4501 that was the Stradivarius passage as well… i dont remember the answer. something about arrogance but i dont know the answer choices

I think the rabbits error ID question IS no error…

It was on the space one. @latejunior
I put overbearing. Not sure though @spazzer

Ah yes that would be it, dammit that’s two wrong now.
