Official SAT Subject Test - US History - June 2015

im pretty sure it wasnt the inner salvation is conversion one

Wait how can getting 7-8 wrong still get you an 800? Because let’s say you got 8 wrong, wouldn’t the score be like 80? So 80+ puts you at a chance to get 800 depending on the curve? Are the curves generous? I’m still very new to subject tests and don’t understand the curves much!

i said jazz

no she was an african american who helped bring groups together

@LifeisLuck I just like mangos, and all the numbers I came up with after the word were already used, so I thought of a random set of numbers.

@Tweedle curves for the U.S history and World Hostory tests are very generous, but that’s a only because most people miss many questions. Other subjects have nowhere as generous curves, but I think it’s relatively easier to get a perfect score on them.

I really do hope it was the scriptures answer, but whatever the answer is, we can’t really change it now through arguing. Good luck to everyone!

I saw the word “challeneged” in Anne Hutchinson question and picked the answer. I don’t remember if it was clergy or inner spirit but I think it’s clergy.

@unomas69 Are you talking about Anne Hutchinson? If so, you’re very, very wrong.

@jaze445 what do you think it is? The answer-people keep saying inner salvation or the clergy one. I don’t know about the African American thing, that’s probably a joke.

Is there any consensus on the Ida B. Wells question?

Ida B. Wells question was the one about anti-lynching.

@jaze445 sorry i got her confused with someone else, you are correct!

The rioting and large crowds in July of 1863. Was that caused by nativists targeting the Irish population?

It was the New York draft riots. What did you guys say for the question about what was true about the first great awakening? Did you say that it generated religious revival through the meetings?

@Mango920452 I said it was allowed more participation, I believe

@Mango920452 yeah. Nearly 100% sure on that one

@Mango920452 I said it allowed more participation.

@MrAustere was that a different option? I feel like I might of worded mine weirdly. I think it said it generated religious revival through more participation in the religious meetings or something. I think it was choice C.

what was the question referring to americas first cultural thing… i think one of the answer choices was jazz…

Does anyone remember the letter that was th e Irish draft

@bendavid4321 it was either abstract/expression or jazz but most likely jazz since abstract took place later on
