<p>My strategy is to take about 3 minutes to quickly skim the passage to get the general idea. While doing this, I underline what i think would be a question (i.e. names, series, places). This gives me about 5 minutes to answer the questions and about 60 seconds added to that if I happen to linger on too long on a hard passage (which usually happens). This strategy got me a 36 on September.</p>
