what was the are for the triangle in the coordinate grid. it was like (-6,-2) and (2,-2) on one side (so 8 for x axis) and then i believe the y axis was 4. 8*4=32 and so i halved it and got 16 but that wasnt an answer ???

alsooo the gas mileage one for 45 cents a mile and she would drive like 125 mi a day or something… i was so frustrated and kept messing up even though it was a relatively easy problem… but i just guessed and moved on

TenAcid, I think it was like 48 + 9sqrt(3).

The gas one was 4, if that’s what you guessed. I feel pretty lucky because at the last second I went back and found a couple silly errors (like 1/3N instead of 1/3). I don’t think the curve will be unusually generous though. Definitely not -2 = 36, -5 = 35.

Was it rational numbers, integers, and then natural numbers? My answer is Biggest to smallest.

what was the one with the 4 numbers of the sequence and then the answer choices were like 1/2^11 and 1/2^17 and those types of things??

I guessed -1/2^17 for that one lol

It was 1/2^11

Right, it should be natural number inside of integers inside of rational numbers. So rational was on the outside. Anyone concur? Also, what was the horizontal asymptote answer? I guessed. And the 2b+2a> a+b+2c. That’s what i put, but i am not sure.

1/2^11 is correct

@gleek96 - Took my time with that one. Answer was 1/2^11, which is equal to 1/2048.

I sure hope we get a good curve.

was one of the answers 1/(2^17)???

no that isnt right^^ at least from what i remmeber

@ketann - No. 1/2^11, aka 1/2048.

Did that one using a simple geometric sequence. u(n) = u(n-1)/2… initial term of 32. If you go through the list for that sequence, the 17th term was 1/2048… thus 1/2^11 matched.

It was 1/2^11. Also I’m probably wrong but I thought that the abc one had just < a + b + c on the right without cefficients

oh yeah i remmeber that i just plugged in 4/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2…etc took me like 20 sec and i got the answer

dammmmittt! i had 1/2048 and thought i was using too much time on it so i just put 1/2^17. I probably got like 8 wrong. Just hoping for a 30+

it should be natural number inside of integers inside of rational numbers. So rational was on the outside.

what was this question???

question! there was a trapeziod and i could figure out how to break it down and u were supposed to find area. I just multiplied the high and length of one side and got like 60 ish and there was an answer of 57? was that right?
