Official Stanford SCEA 2017 Applicants' Discussion Thread

I saw a tree. And I thought Stanford. I can’t escape it either.

I saw my massive ***** and I thought “beautiful women”, which made me think of California, then Stanford…

Hey coffee and jubilee what are your sat scores?

^I’m trying to figure out what five-letter swear word fits there.

2320 in one sitting.
And a bunch of irrelevant SATII scores.

^Rhymes with a planet :P

I was hoping haginrainbow was a girl and that the word rhymed with lame people on the internet

i cant get my mind off of it. so wait, even if im not a collegiate athlete, will athletics still look good?

haginrainbow, I really hope you get in, just saying. I find your posts hilarious.

2340 one sitting, 2360 superscored.

How about you hanginrainbow and harborceal? /everyone (I hadn’t refreshed)

2250 one sitting  That was my goal and I hit it exactly haha. Stanford and some other top schools look at SAT scores in increments that are assigned “points,” and so any score in the increment of 2250-2400 is awarded the same (maximum) amount of “points” - 5.

…I second that to the power of 28

@harborceal

Where did you read about the SAT incremental points system thing?

@harborceal where did you get that info? I’d like to know what the other brackets and points are!

Oh ditto iman I guess haha

iman and 20tigger - you have PMs

I would like to know as well!

PM’d you coffee!

I got a 35 on the ACT…does anyone know where that would fall? Can you PM me the source as well?

@Harbor if not too much to ask I’d like to know also(:

btw 2310 one sitting.

@harbor, since everyone wants to kno, why not just post on here?

@ccuser95 - it might give away some personal details. PM me, everyone, if you’re curious. it’s really not that exciting hahaha

@harborceal I’d like to know too if it’s not too much trouble.
