Or do I give it to my counselor and she sends it off to Stanford along with the Secondary School Report?</p>

<p>I think it's the latter too. At my school they don't even give us official transcripts; if you want one to have the school seal on it you have to ask the registrar to send it.</p>
<p>school report is normally sent by the school.</p>
